We are also only forty-five minutes drive from Albany where you can visit Albany’s old whaling station, now known as Whale World, a very popular museum and display, the Gap (with its famous hanging bridge), as well as the Albany Wind Farm. Denmark itself boasts some of the most spectacular sections of the Bibbulmun Track.

The walk over Mt Hallowell (3 – 4 hours) via Monkey Rock Lookout will reward you with breathtaking views. With so many varied walking trails around Denmark, you are bound to find something suitable for every age.

Denmark, WA boasts hundreds of kilometres of pristine cycling both on and off the road. If you prefer to cycle on the road, Denmark has some of the most stunning rides you will find in the state, with beautiful shaded country roads that can take you anywhere and paved paths through the bush. If off-road is your thing there are plenty of tracks scattered throughout the stunning bush and coast surrounding Denmark, if you are dedicated you can get to anywhere without seeing a single car. Denmark is a playground for any cyclist, beginner to pro, on road to off-road. All of it is easily accessible to you the moment you step out of your door. Aiyana Retreat is located right next to the famous Bibbulmun track and near by the mundbidi and the railway track.
