SI is a form of Bodywork that uses manual techniques, coupled with movement to create change in how you use and experience your body. We will look at your posture, as this gives us an understanding of how your body moves and functions and where you are held, restricted, or not moving with ease. Whether it’s chronic pain, a niggling injury, or negative effects from sitting in an office all day, our modern lives are negatively impacting our fascia. SI allows us to reverse these negative effects, aligning and balancing the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia.
