Payment Policy
- One night deposit is requested to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance will be charged automatically 30 days prior to arrival.
- There will be 2% service charge on Visa and Master card, and 1.8% on Amex.
- Please email us if you wish to use EFT instead of your c/c being charged.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will incur $75 in bank and administration fees.
- The deposit is non-refundable within the 30 days period prior to arrival.
- 50% of the total booking will be refunded if the booking needs to be cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival.
- 100% of the booking will be lost if the booking has cancelled 7 days prior to arrival.
- We are happy to keep the whole deposit as a credit for a future stay with no fee charged if canceled prior to 30 days.
